I can’t believe the difference: this is what 5 weeks (my second round of 12 weeks) of eating with a nutrionist looks like. When I finished with @lifestylebyshara I thought I was pretty good. I decided to do another 12 weeks as I hadn’t hit my goal of 100lbs lost. Little did I know I needed @b_elite_dallas Not only has she helped me past some major hurdles like getting under 200lbs but she has been so understanding when I needed to get all my birthday partying out (it lasted for 2 weeks) and the struggles I have been dealing with when it comes to taking the fertility medication and the hormone rollercoaster they put me on. Today I hit 189lbs and seeing this side-by-side has lit a fire under my butt to keep up with my meal plan! Things have been super busy these past few days. I’ve actually been pretty consistent with workouts with the exception of yesterday. Yesterday just got away from me. However it was a day spent with my kids and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Even though I didn’t get in an actual workout we have been doing a lot of swimming. And if you’ve ever been swimming with my kids you’d know that that’s a workout in itself. Lol Anyway I squeezesdin a little HIIT workout tonight after dinner but before the kids went to bed. Now time to relax and get ready for another busy one tomorrow.
