Gettin ready to head to the gym and I was thinking about some different things to work on. I don’t really want to do them but I know they’ll yield results. Sometimes you have so do some uncomfortable things to get what you want. Take this photo for example. This little bottle was in my purse the entire trip to Colorado, between the altitude of over 9k feet above sea level and my asthma my heart rate was up to 119 beats per min just walking in a leisurely pace. But being who we are we wanted to try and still workout. When I tell you it was the most difficult easy workout I’ve ever done. I was lifting less than half of my usual weight and was beat! But it’s not always cute or Instagram worthy. Sometimes you need to lay on a bench and huff some oxygen to get through it. But some work is better than no work.
