Father’s Day on one of our favorite trails, celebrating this Dad! You can’t tell, but Emmy did have a blast 😹. It was a gorgeous day to be outside, hope you had a nice Sunday! 🌻🌾
🔹🔷💠S N A C K💠🔷🔹Heeeeellooooo ihr verrückten Furzenudeln 🍝💨 ich hoffe euch geht es allen guuuut? Das war wohl nichts mit dem Gewinnen 🙄 naja egal. Noch ist nichts verloren 🙈 🔹 🔹 🔹 Ich wollte euch mal meinen Snacks präsentieren, die ich mir extra für das Deutschland-Mexico Spiel genmacht habe. Die Kräcker da hinten sind quasi die selbstgemachten Totillachips von @oats_and_fitfood (ich hab nur statt Mehl Süßlupinenmehl und Flohsamenschalen genommen und sie nicht nochmal in der Pfanne gebraten 🙄🙈). Und vorne seht ihr noch den Kichererbsen snack. Einfach zwei Dosen Kichererbsen abtropfen und die Kichererbsen so gut es geht mit Küchentücher abtrocknen. Anschließend im Ofen bei 200°C backen und zwischendurch immer mal wieder die Ofentür öffnen damit die restliche Feuchtigkeit raus geht. Sobald sie schön knusprig sind, herausnehmen und mit einem Teelöffel geräuchertem Paprika Gewürz und ordentlich Meersalz würzen. 🔹 🔹 🔹 Kleine Minitomaten zwischendurch sacken ist übrigens auch mega lecker! Sundays are meal prep days and these days that looks like a few quick items for easy grab-and-go meals/snacks to fill in throughout the week. These gluten-free, low sugar and nutrient dense banana walnut muffins (sans walnuts for Emerson #babyledweaning) are just perfect. On they’re own they are delicious and filling...want to be extra? (YES🙋🏻‍♀️)...drizzle a little almond butter and you have a high protein snack! What are your go-to meal prep items?!
