Wir haben beide unsere Prüfung zum #fitnesscoach und #personaltrainer abgelegt und natürlich mit bravur bestanden 🤩! Vielen Dank an den besten Ausbilder @ralfstirpeiks für die gute Vorbereitung. Glücklicherweise war Open Weekend im #johnreedfitness und wir konnten nicht nur die letzten 2 Tage umsonst trainieren sondern haben auch noch Drinks for free bekommen ♥️

FULFILMENT ☝️⬇ #notjustabikinigirl Happy Sunday and happy PB day. My final training run ahead of next week's Nottingham half marathon so I thought why not get the full distance in. First 12k felt eeeeasy and even managed to get a 10k PB, say whaaaattt 🤗 Final 9k was a steady climb into the wind, legs felt heavy and stomach felt empty so speed dropped by rather a lot but with the speedy first half, I knew that PB was mine 🎉🏆 over the moon! Ahead of today's run, yesterday's carb intake was up at 500g and my last lower body session was on Friday so my pins felt rested. Another lower body session tomorrow followed by a much needed rest day on Tuesday. I'll stop running about 10 days out from my next comp (I promise @calum_themusclementors ) to make sure any inflammation has gone. I do think juggling both competing and running is possible, but forward planning, recovery and food are all so important. Health and fitness means so much more to me than how I look. People think I'm a bit crazy doing both bodybuilding and endurance sports but I do love a challenge and being crazy is alright by me! Maybe I'll never be top dog at either but doing both brings me so much fulfilment and that's what's important in life, right?
