Feeling so focused lately.  Focusing on my nutrition and Staying consistent even on the weekend.  Keeping my workouts intense and lifting heavy shit!
So program called for paused squats for 5 sets of 6 with 295 and deficit deadlifts for 4 sets of 6 with 405. It did turn out that way, the ole knee is still being stupid, and really everything in general today. So instead I played it safe and ended up doing 4 sets of 4 with just 325, and for squats I ended up doing 185 with the  ssb. Hopefully what ever is wrong can heal fairly quickly before the season starts. Confidence is one of THE sexiest traits a female can possibly obtain.  And don't get it twisted and think cockiness.  Confidence.  That feeling when your chest it out, your shoulders are back, your head is high, and your hips shake the damn earth with every step.  That confidence that makes other women look at you while you're rocking your thick ass thighs cellulite and all and think to themselves "damn I wish I carried myself like that." You want to know the worst part about running this line? The simple fact that I cannot focus on anything else except moving this forward. I would love to see my friends, hit a workout, or spend time with my wife without thinking about how we are going to run ads, gain more traction, or afford to invest more into this line. But right now my mind seems 100% incapable of doing that. Just frustrated right now & I probably shouldn’t be posting this but here we are
Even though I’m off program, I try to incorporate all the different (sometimes really weird and foreign) accessories and main lift variations @pvstrong_aep programmed me before.  One of my favorite but also most hated deadlift variation is the nightmare deadlift. You’ll be forced to load up those hammies, engage those lats and start each rep in a better position. It’ll really help with your form and technique. Also my sticking point for conventional deads start at my knees so I like doing nightmare deads to help strengthen them.  155x5 nightmare deadlifts  225x3x5 beltless
Tomorrow morning I’m flying to Vegas for a work conference... and you know I’m weird because what I’m excited about is not the shows or the blackjack or the slots, but the PL gym I’m going to visit, @smashironfitness. I never check bags when I can’t risk being without my stuff, so.... Two suits, 3 blouses, 2 pairs of pumps, squat shoes, deadlift shoes, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, Inzer belt, three tank tops, Fleos, sports bra, bathing suit, lounge pants, underwear, socks, water bottle, protein powder, laptop, iPad, chargers, toiletries, and assorted sundries.... yes, folks, I got it ALL into my one tiny rollerboard suitcase and small bag for under the seat. Feels like I haven’t done a barbell squat in forever πŸ˜“ . Stepping back to work on some imbalances, tightness and other issues - including weak abductors πŸ‘ . So kept it lighter, added a band, went slow . I’ll be keeping my lifts pretty simple and basic, and adding in a bunch more mobility πŸ’ͺ🏼
