Kensington Palace announced today that Prince Louis would be Christened in St. James Palace Chapel Royal. In my personal opinion there was two possible places the Cambridge’s were going to choose to have Louis Christening, St. James and St. Mary’s. I wasn’t much surprised when the Cambridge’s choose to have Louis Christened in St. James, here’s why: 1) The Cambridge’s live in London, William is a full time royal, they wouldn’t want to drive all the way to St. Mary’s with three toddlers/ babys. When Charlotte was christened they lived in Norfolk, which isn’t that far from St. Mary’s. 2) It’s much more private then St. Marys. This is my least favorite part about Prince Louis being christened in St. James. I do see why the Cambridge’s choose St. James, there has been many threats going around towards George and it’s just overall safer for the whole family to just go to St. James. 3) Again William is a full time royal! William has an event almost every day! What’s the point of leaving London when there’s a perfectly good Chapel near them. Overall I think that the Cambridge’s choose the right place. Even though I am quit sad that they choose St. James over St. Marys. That doesn’t lower my excitement for the christening! I’ll be counting down the days tell we see all the Cambridge’s together, they’ll be a family of five! The last slide includes royals christened in St. James.
