It's no secret that one of my absolute all-time favorite things to have for breakfast is something healthy and packed with nutrients 😍 As fall starts to creep in our calendars, I only find it fitting to share my Pumpkin Pie Oats Recipe. Pumpkins are widely available in fall and winter and give a warm winter touch to your oats. Not to mention all the health benefits. This veggie is high in vitamin C, A, high in fiber, and low in calories. So it’s a great choice for those on their weight loss journey! Oats are also a great complex/low glycemic carb. Hey oat friends! Happy Sunday! I woke up craving oats - story of my life. Creamy vanilla oats with blackberries. The cream factor is 12/10 as I mix in Greek yoghurt after cooking! Then add another splodge on top. Topped with pepitas, almonds and walnuts. Overall 11/10 breaking the fast
Today after a long time, I finally felt no unnecessary pain in my glutes/hammies/Lower back while deadlifting. I started deadlifting a few weeks back after taking months off, sumo deadlift right now, nothing special right now, topped at 145kg x 12 easy reps. This mornings brekky! Since I had some @nutsnmore left over in my snack drawer at work and forgot a bowl for my oatmeal I just threw it all in the container and called it good . 🤣 • What’s in my oats: ➡️ 1/2 c Sprouted quick oats, about 1.5 tbsp of @nutsnmore toffee crunch, and 1/4 c Frozen blueberries. I typically add protein powder to my oats but have been trying to stick to Whole Foods when it comes to protein. So just two egg whites on the side instead. Yes I know this prob looks like a bowl of 💩 but I promise you it tastes good and worked well as a preworkout brekkie/brunch this morning 😂😋. I added an egg white today after training quite hard this week. Recipe below if you fancy it: . 🌟35g @revital_uk jumbo oats. 🌟10g chia seeds. 🌟15g milled flaxseed. 🌟4g raw cacao powder. 🌟30g banana. 🌟150g oat milk/coconut rice milk. 🌟1 whisked egg white. . Add everything to a pan apart from the egg white and cook gently for 5-10 mins adding hot water where required. Its only been a couple days since I posted but it feels like its been forever. I dont know why but I keep forgetting to post something. Ill try to remember to be more on top of it. Anyways fall is coming soon and Im pretty happy. Im sick of the hot weather and just want some cool air. And also hockey is starting very soon which Im really excited for. After a while you really start to miss watchhing it.

Currently dieting on 2200 cals and one pop tart was very easy to fit into the day.
