So my fam got me this #speedchute and I was so excited to try it out for the first time. 😆 _____________ This baby here is all about resistance. The resistance basically forces your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves to contract with greater explosiveness while sprinting. The chute doesn’t open until you’ve picked up a bit of speed and CLEARLY I’m not the fastest sprinter so you can imagine what it took for me to get this thing to fly (In 85 degree weather at that) ! 😫🔥 ______________ Anyway, it was fun and I’ll be incorporating this a lot more with my Sprint and Agility ladder drills. • P.S I slowed down the footage on the ladder drill so y’all can see how slaw my high knees were. I was everywhere but in between the squares. 😂🤷🏽♀️ But atleast I put in work and with practice I’ll get better. _____________ How did you get active this weekend?
