In case you haven’t seen my chronicles of being SO HUNGRY on my stories every morning, I’ve been trying out 16/8 intermittent fasting this week (still v skeptical and I miss oats, but it’s helped with digestion) and breaking my fast every day with a salad monstrosity πŸ’ͺπŸ₯— This one was spring mix 🌱, raw carrots and yellow bell peppers πŸ₯•, grilled tempeh, a sprinkle each of hemp seeds and pepitas, and then topped with avocado πŸ₯‘, store-bought pickled ginger, and homemade pickled red onion πŸ™Œ Veggie heaven!
