Combined talent and mixed materials: Anna Karlin has teamed up with fellow designer Fernando Mastrangelo for Chunk, a limited series of sculptural tables, each different in shape and material composition. The shapes are based on Anna’s Chess Pieces stools, while Fernando contributed his remarkable skills in casting unconventional materials. For the small white table he mixed cement with grey and white rock salts, the high table is made with crystal quartz and powdered grey class, and the the model with the light blue top is a mixture of cement, white rock salt and white sand.
