For the past couple of months I have been off social media because I didn’t like what it had become and what I was predominantly using it for. What was originally intended to connect you with others and enrichen relationships has turned into a tool used for comparing yourself with others and wasting time, often draining you more than lifting you up. So, I cut my ties. At least until I was going to use it for the greater good. Today I got back on social media with the condition that I use it to share the things I am doing and enrichen my relationships. So, to start this process I want to share my blog I have recently created. I could tell you more about it here or you could just check it out yourself. Link in bio.

This is Wow. It’s the emotional connection we place to the memory that keeps us stuck. If we remove the negative emotional component to it, the memory can then serve us positively. It blows my mind when I think about it. How awesome can life be when you start to apply such principles. I love all the positive information out there that has scientific backing to it as well
98/100 “Life’s like a box of cereal, you never know what you’re gonna get. “ - loosely inspired by Forrest Gump. Most of life is like bran cereal, full of moments that we can’t even recall. The ‘meh’ moments. Then there are the small moments of happiness, of joy. Those that add a burst of flavor in our normal lives. And like any good cereal box should, there’s a free surprise inside. It’s that one thing at the base of the box you wait for. In life, that surprise prize is self-love. Some go through the whole box to find it at the very base and some shake the box enough to find it and fish it out much earlier. 💍 Have you found yours yet? Or are you waiting to go through the entire box of life, one day at a time? #visualthinking#psychology#optimistic#freegift#surprisegift#selflove#selfawareness#100daysofselfknowledge#day98of100#memories#the100dayproject#sketch_daily
soaking in some 🌞 which is badly needed in this freezing australian winter 🌿 at the moment the desire to be in nature, back in the heat, with nothing but a backpack (and maybe a van to sleep in) grows and grows immensely. whereas I know it’ll happen eventually, days like today make the desire roam inside of me. 🕊 the city starts cluttering my head. so much going on but nothing really. emptiness in full streets, lack of connection in a place full of people. fake, plastic, platonic. I ache for true connection and peace of mind, which nature holds for me. 🌴 looking forward for what’s yet to come • what is helping you getting into alignment? 🙌🏻 // #winter#sun#warmdays#australia#palmtree#bodypositivity#authenticity#nature#lush#backyardparadise#boundaries#citylife#breakout#selfawareness#yoga#guidance#goodvibes
