Stayed with my Aunt last night and didn’t make the best ‘healthy’ food choices 🙄 This beef flat bread was amazing through 😍😍 also had chicken wings for starter! So I was craving fajitas on a Thursday night but was off carbs for the week for a clean cut so here is what I came up with, sizzling bbq fajitas made with peppers & courgette on bed of round romaine lettuce (who knew this was a thing) topped with Tesco free from mozzarella cheese, 0% fat free greek yoghurt, homemade guacamole and some spicy jalapeño!
