Q is for q-tip! All you need for this snack idea are pretzels and mini marshmallows. Your kids will love creating their snacks all by themselves, and you’ll love watching them develop their fine motor skills!
Protein Chia Parfait Mix 1 cup of Almond Milk with 1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder in a shaker bottle. Combine 1/4 cup chia seeds and refrigerate at least 10 min so chia seeds can expand. Freeze 2 sliced bananas and 3/4 cup raspberries. Blend frozen fruit. Top chia pudding with the fruity soft serve and raspberries. Recipe makes 2!

I feeel fall coming 👀✨🌿 just kidding, but it’s crazy that it can go from 37 to 13 in just a couple of days. - After  crushing a @fitgirlgang leg day at the gym this morning I whipped up this little breakfast and it was so good (so easy too!!!). I sautéed some mushrooms, zucchini in some olive oil, friend up an egg, added a side of spinach, cut up some strawberries, added some blubs, and used some fresh dill, pumpkin/sunflower seeds, chilli flakes to top 😊 - #eatsbytee #tfggetaway
