A lot of people say "I'll start on Monday" well guess what ..........it's a bloody Monday! If you want to achieve something you have to start somewhere. So why not make today your start day! What ever it is you want to achieve, starting today is going to let you succeed sooner than if you "start next Monday......or the Monday after" So make that change today, whether it's cutting/reducing something in your diet, doing your first gym induction or finally starting that new training program that looks hard as hell! Just make today that day!! #movewellgetfit

If you’ve set some huge goals and your struggling to hit them then take a step back, or toe or three steps back. • Set a smaller goal, something you can hit this week and then go out and smash it. • The carry that sense of achievement forward and set another small goal and go out and smash that one too. • Those small goals will soon add up and mean you hit that huge goal. • Maybe you have 40lbs to lose, well let’s start by a goal of 2lbs, when we smash that together we’ll do another 2lbs and another 2lbs. By Christmas we’ll be over half way to that 40lb goal. • Let’s get started today, right now. Message me and we’ll do this together.
Do #you run the day or does the day run you? Let me know below 👇. 💥 . . . . . It's all about the long term. For example, on a micro short term basis a bar or two of chocolate can help with a dopamine kick and allow me to cope and power through the day. Does that serve me in the long; ie the days where I think food is a solution to everything? Perhaps not. Preventing a disease (such as diabetes) would possibly be a better priority in this case.💥 . . . #staystrong#yougotthis
