Last night I took some time to write out the guiding principles of The Social Crown. When I started this business, the goal was to be profitable as quickly as possible, right? But, at the heart of my business, I knew that not everyone would be a good fit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If a potential client isn't interested in building a relationship with their customers/clients? Not a good fit.🤷🏾♀️ Not interested in sharing their brand’s story? Not a good fit.🤷🏾♀️ Not a great communicator? Definitely not a good fit.🤷🏾♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are more, but those are my first 3 go-tos, especially on the social media marketing side. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While not every part of what I do is considered “sexy”, if I’m not having a little fun, if it’s not bringing me some kind of joy— I can’t do it. So, here’s to a week where we get clarity on what’s our JAM as mompreneurs. We work way too hard to do things that don’t bring us joy.🥂

Storytelling is the best tool that many marketing peeps are underutilizing. Create a compelling story around your brand/service and execute it so well that it should not look like an ad. Share it through proper channels.
