It’s the infamous posterior delt that I’ve been trying to isolate during my shoulder training sessions. This is the most difficult out of the 3 delts (anterior, medial & posterior) to strengthen & define as we typically use our anterior & medial delts for daily tasks. It’s important to isolate & strengthen the posterior delt (along with the shoulder girdle muscles) in order to obtain that functional movement that I preach so much about. 💪🏼 ..and this is a perfect example of how sometimes it’s difficult to see the definition unless you’ve caught the motion on camera. 📸#trainforlongevity #functionaltraining
