you know those random kind day, where it’s just a horrible day, without any reason. the kind of day where you just feel really down and crappy, but for no particular reason at all; nothing exceptionally bad happened; but it’s just a bad day. but it happens. and when it does, just let it be. for a minute, just stop what you’re doing, stop thinking, and just breathe. it’s just one bad day, out of the hundreds and thousands of good days. pick up your phone and scroll through you favourite pictures with your favourite people. remind yourself, yes, it’s a bad day, but your life isn’t made up of just the bad days; they just teach you to appreciate the good ones more 🙃
Woke up at my usual 4a to squeeze in my workout before I head to the office and my body yelled loudly “NO!” I just thought it was the morning blues and went to warm up and my continued to scream so I’m going to listen. Hopefully I feel better later and have time to squeeze in my workout 🤞🏻🤞🏻. Always remember to listen to your body. . Have an amazing Tuesday everyone!
