GROUNDING (v): “To place on a foundation; fix firmly; settle or establish; found.” * * We are the founders of our lives, our careers. We lay the foundation for healthy relationships with ourselves and others. We fix firmly to our beliefs and ground ourselves to what is sacred in the every day... Or at least we try to! 😛 * * I created #thegroundingretreat2018 to use the change of seasons as a catalyst- a perfect time to get quiet, delight in the senses, and get back on track as we look ahead to the fall and winter months. I still have a few spots left and if you are craving some space, a change of scenery, or simply amazing food, one of those spots is meant for you. * * And because I’m creating it, of COURSE we are getting physical. Daily movement sessions and hikes will give way to delicious farm to table fare. Mornings will start with meditation. We will go on excursions and bond over shared visions for the rest of 2018.
