& with that I’m done my 2 weeks of CrossFit training. Now time to join in with the big kid class 💪🏻 PS - I’ve gotta say, it was intimidating as hell to sign up for something totally new as an adult without a partner in crime or anyone I knew in general. I’ve felt awkward, insecure and out of place. But the reward of pushing past my own mental limits has been beyond gratifying and so happy I gave this a shot. Sometimes you work hard to play hard. At I right? Tomorrow is the UT v. UF game. Tailgating all day and then attending the game with the only one who can handle me: my brother. ❤️ In preparation, I worked hard af today and will super early tomorrow morning too. 💪🏽 Enjoy life. Don’t stop fighting for your goals in the process. Back day: 1. Reverse cable crossover 4 x 8-10 2. Pull-ups 3x5 3. Lat push down 4x8-10 4. Lat pulldowns 4x8-10 5. Lying on bench DB rows 4x10 6. Seated cable rows 4x8-10 7. I know I’ve said this a million times on my stories & such, but this past week has been terrible. My workouts were way off and felt so underproductive because I was feeling like crap. . I’ve been craving literally everything, lol and eating it too. But whatever, we all have bad weeks. Most important part is brushing yourself off & getting back to it 👊🏼
Hey guys ! After almost 8 weeks to the day, my PT told me my recovery was faster than usual, and I’m finally allowed to slowly resume physical activity !!!
