Happy Father’s Day!!!!👨👦 Dad, thanks for being the best ever! You inspired me to do handstands at age... 4? 😝 and I haven’t stopped since!!!🤸🏼♂️ Not sure how old I am here but I have grown from your Monkey Boy (my nick name at the time) to your monkey man AKA Tarzan 🐒 #loveyoudad . PS Thanks Mom for cutting my hair 😂 💇🏼♂️ #bowlcut 🤦🏼♂️
So EXTREMELY proud of these little munchkins!!! They fully & happily finished a 9 mile hike for Father’s Day! There were moments of diggin deep and finding strength to do it but we know they could! We were all tired and looking forward to the final stretch. Which we ran up to the parking lot 😂 I admire the strength Aaron challenges our kiddos to have, there is no giving up just over coming and conquering ... patience with piggy back rides and Hi Chews, but come on, 9 MILES is just the beginning for the Washburn’s as a family! Strong hiking legs make better skiing legs! #family#fathersday#hike#9milehike#buildthemstrong#mykidsrock#strongkids#proudmom
A lot of athletes forget this very important understanding between what they want and what it takes to get to where they want. It really does not matter how much someone wants something it is about what they are willing to do and the work needed for them to do in order to get to the next level as a athlete and person.
