If you’ve never made chia pudding before stop what you’re doing right now and go and make it! This healthy breakfast (or snack) is super creamy and completely dairy free. Chia seeds are an excellent source of protein, omega 3s, calcium, iron, and soluble fibre. I used homemade cashew milk in my pudding but you could use any store bought variety or canned coconut milk.
