Warm up- 5 minutes of dynamic stretching exercises to get the muscles loose and activated for the workout.  Work out- 40 minutes of intense ball work exercises. In this video we cover various dribbling and turning drills.  Core training- 10 minutes of core strength training. We hit the abdominals, obliques, hip flexors, and glutes in this video.  Recovery stretch- 5 min of static stretching after the workout.
