Just thought It was cool. . • It turned out to be crazy effective, with a very interesting carry over to my weighted pull ups and weighted chins! . • Give it a try, I recommend 3 sets (try to target 10-15 reps in average or AMRAP).

So.. I had my last workout session with this guy before leaving college. I spent my last sem quite productively and lost about 10 kilos in about 3-4 months(nothing compared to your feat), thanks to @saraswattarun.
