Woke up and got my #tiubootycall ...waking up to a new and super quick stretching routine was just what I needed👌🏼 then went for a slow 3.83 mile run/walk...my right calf/ankle is feeling better. Some days it feels perfect and then some days I can still slightly feel a little pain in that area 🙆🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️sooo annoying! My friend and I squeezed in the daily moves on our lunch break! Not gonna lie though—we did 10 burpees only until the last round we did 15😬 still was a super good sweat sesh! 👌🏼
M5 tonight for the hubby and I was chicken jalapeno sausage (no casing)from Traders with a veggie mix of peppers, zucchini, corn, and onions 🙌🏼 super delish. In real transparency, my cravings got the best of me today... we are talking cereal, chips and salsa (and i mean A LOT of chips) and ice cream sandwich 🙈 ... i feel like ive been so good this pregnancy so far, but I definitely am feeling the affects of all the junk. First day of clinicals this past Saturday went so well!! Feels to good to be true but I was randomly assigned to do a focused Heart Failure assessment & med pass for our next shift! Today I really didn’t want to work out! I am suffering from that day of the month for us females. Which is making me feel crappy, bloated, crampy and cranky!! Blah! Anyways I absolutely said “NO” to burpees today! I still do not like them even though they are so effective lol! But I still did workout and decided to do the studio workout and the new Beach Yoga workout by @katrinaascott which is scheduled for Thursday. This was a great plan and I feel much better!
