Hot Mess Mom gets Fit - Day 4! ✅ I take all the stress and frustrations from life, my kids, balancing “it all” and put it into my workouts. Rather than soothe my hard day and cope with food, drink or TV, I proactively energize my days by working out, drinking my shake and eating healthy. • Mama we’re not talking about adding all these things to your busy life. We’re talking about replacing a bad habit with a good habit. 🙌 • I was in and out in 31 minutes today with #liift4 and my shoulders were whipped with 5 lb. dumbbells! 😜 So Here’s what we can do... ➡️ Swap TV time for meal prep time. ➡️ Go to bed 30 minutes earlier to get up and workout for 30 minutes from home! ➡️ Save money (and calories) on fast food lunch each day with super healthy, energizing meals from home! I’m going to challenge you today! Take the word “don’t” out of your mind and replace it with DO! • I DO have the time to make! I DO have money to invest in myself! I DO have the motivation and drive to do this for ME! YOU CAN DO THIS! 💪🏻💋 So why are you still waiting to join me in the journey?!
I am not a morning person... at all. But early mornings definitely have their perks! Dax and I used this early morning to our advantage and made roasted pepitas! Now we have a scrumptious snack to take with us on our trip to the store.
