For so long I struggled with what to eat and what not to eat. What would make me feel terrible and banish me to the bathroom for the evening? Who else cannot eat bread? Carbs? Gluten? Dairy? 🍞🍕🥪 Who has food sensitivities? 🙋🏻♀️ Jamie Aldridge shares, "Before I started plexus, this is all I could eat that wouldn't give me a stomach ache. When my husband and I started dating, he would take me on dates and my stomach would end up bloating and uncomfortable and it was so embarrassing. The doctors told me to take a high quality probiotic and stay away from gluten and dairy. So I literally only ate fruits and vegetables... Meaning when I went to people's houses, I turned down their home cooked meals, and if I didn't my husband would look at me and say "are you sure you want to eat that?" I would suffer in pain for days. Even on a prescription probiotic, my issues didn't resolve. I can now consume things I once couldn't because of the Triplex combo. What a blessing this has been for me and my foodie self. These 4 products have changed my life so much! This is MY daily routine. I love this combo! Look up the importance of regulated blood sugar. (Slim regulates blood sugar. 🍩🍭🍞) Look up oxygenated blood (BioCleanse oxygenates your blood.) Look up gut health. (ProBio5 will CHANGE YOUR GUT HEALTH.) Look up the importance of having aloe in your multivitamin. (I'm absorbing up to 400% more because my multivitamin has aloe in it!! 🌿) If you don't believe me...Do your research. 🤓 Plexus may change your health! What if it was the one thing that worked for you??
They say the only time you should ever look back is to see how far you've come ✌️ . . I've come from a place where I used to dread waking up in the morning. I felt like the only thing waiting for me was endless work, unhappiness, exhaustion, and another day of struggling. I wanted so badly to succeed at the things I wanted but didn't quite have the self belief or the know-how. . . . I would just try to survive the day. . . I wanted to exercise but didn't have the willpower. . I wanted to feel happy and confident, but I had no idea where to start. . . I wanted more for me and my family, but I was so exhausted I couldnt imagine adding anything to my plate. . . I wanted to eat healthy but wound up emotionally eating chocolate on the reg. . . . I just couldn’t do the same old, same old anymore. I took a chance and invested in my health. I got a virtual gym, a group of like-minded people striving for similar health goals, keeping me honest and accountable, a coach, and some personal development books. . . Sound familiar at all? Sound like a struggle you've been facing? I'm not perfect in my health & fitness journey, but I have been SHOWING UP consistently for over two years now and I know the struggles, the challenges, and the SUCCESSES. I've spent so much time working on myself and I want to share with you how to do the same. . . I’m here whenever you’re ready 💋 . . #youareworthit#changeispossible#juststart#babysteps#firstdayofanewchapter
I have a confession to make.🙋♀️ Adjusting to motherhood was extremely difficult for me. Even though I had always looked forward to becoming a mom and besides the fact I was blessed with the world's most amazing baby boy... I struggled hardcore. 🌷 It was probably a combination of hormones, exhaustion, trauma, baby blues, stress and a plethora of other factors. But I think one of the main reasons is... I forgot to take care of myself. 🌷 It took me like 9 months to finally justify to myself that I could buy myself new clothes that actually fit me! It take me a while to learn that it was ok to put myself first sometimes. 🌷 I had to take care of myself before I could pour my energy and love into my husband and baby. And when I started doing that I was a much better wife and mother. 🌷 So this is just a long way of me saying make sure you remember to take care of yourself. Love, respect and treat yo' self! When you give yourself love first, it will benefit everyone around you!
