Always make sure they’re nice and deep, keeping good form. I’ve been running a sub-max percentage based program lately so I start off with strength work then go into a more hypertrophy focus which is really what I prefer. I then finished with some calf raises and abs. ... I usually listen to music you wouldn’t really expect during my workouts. Today I just played an instrumental playlist that I enjoy and allows me to focus in on what I’m doing. Starting the week off strong and turning these hot dogs into legs.
