Does anyone else eat peanut butter out of the jar or is it just me? 😂 @mayversfood peanut butter is my favourite especially because you can remove the labels from the jar when you are finished and reuse them!

Perfectly weather for a warming bowl of oats on a lazy Sunday morning 🍌🥥❄️ Cinnamon and Maca oats topped with banana, dates, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, almond butter and a drizzle of agave. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I used @navawholefoods maca powder for this bowl. Maca is actually a plant native to Peru and has an earthy and slightly nutty taste to it. It can be used in many things like smoothies, oats, protein balls etc.. Maca also has some great health benefits to it. It is a good source of carbs, protein and fibre, low in fat and is high in essential vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, copper and iron as well as containing eight essential amino acids. Studies have shown that the use of maca powder can help improve your mood and reduce anxiety as well as balancing hormones. It’s great for increasing strength and boosting energy. It has also been linked to increased fertility in men and women. It’s a great little superfood and I highly recommend trying it out. 🌱
