I came up with my first homemade shrub to highlight the pairing of ginger and rhubarb. I hope I made @elementshrub and @sashadallasgirl proud! Check back tomorrow for my first recipe with it ✌️ ··· Ginger Rhubarb Shrub • .5 lb. Rhubarb • .25 lb. Ginger • 1 cup Sugar • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar ____________________________________________ Chop the rhubarb and ginger and combine with ingredients in a sauce pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil then simmer on low. Stir occasionally for another 10 minutes (the rhubarb should look pretty mushy by the end). Pour the mixture through a large strainer, bottle then store in the fridge.

Every time I try to healthify a recipe, chocolate chips whisper sweet nothings into my ear and then it’s game over. Can’t say I’ve ever had complaints about it 🤷🏽♀️ . . 🌟COPYCAT [HEALTHYISH] STARBUCKS BANANA BREAD MUFFINS🌟 Whisk together 1 cup whole wheat flour + 1 cup gluten free flour (or 2 cups all purpose), 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon. Set aside. In a separate bowl mix together 1 beaten egg, 1 cup sugar (I used brown sugar + coconut sugar), 1/2 cup melted coconut oil, 2 tbsp almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix. Add 3 mashed overripe bananas and chocolate chips. Pour into muffin cups and bake on 325 for 20-35 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean ✌🏼
