Heath for me is not just about what you eat or don't eat. Health is about how you feel in your body, how much energy you have, how much love you feel how much happiness you have it's a multidimensional state of mind, body and soul. No amount of restrictive eating or counting calories will ever make you feel health if you are not happy in the process. Sitting and eating a bowl of food you hate regardless of that bowls nutrient content is not healthy if you hate it!! Food is one of life's pleasures it's a remedy not the enemy our body wants to work for us our bodies natural state is one of balance, so stop dieting stop restricting and feed your mind thoughts that make you feel good, nourish your body with food that tastes great and you love and fuel your soul by doing what you love. With legs, however, I always found - and research backs me up - that higher reps produce the biggest gains. I experienced great results with squats, lunges, leg presses and leg extensions when doing sets of 15-20 reps. 🔥💪🏻
Recently a few people have asked me what I eat in a day, so here's what I ate yesterday. #breakfast - I was in a rush in the morning because I woke up later than I wanted so just had this yogurt and berries normally I love a cooked breakfast but yesterday I had no time. I'm also totally in love with these @fage Greek yogurts and they are also on offer in tescos for 50p a pot! #lunch I had out with a friend in croseo lounge had a chicken and avocado salad and a side of broccoli - I have no idea how they get the broccoli to taste so amazing but it's pretty epic. #dinner was chicken again simply because I didn't check the dates and it went off today so had to be eaten I don't usually eat double of something in one day, but hey it was delicious I had it with jersey royal potatoes that were left over from the day before and I cooked them in a little olive oil and salt in then oven I had that with salad dressed with balsamic and topped with Parmesan.
