We eat a lot of chicken. A LOT. We like chicken so it’s not a bad thing per se, it does get a little repetitive though, so I’m always on the lookout for new ways to cook it. I paired it with roasted sweet potato fries and a little salad made from @organicgirl spring mix and a quick dressing made with @tessemaes honey mustard, mayo, and a little coconut aminos.
After a weekend of mostly eating out, even though it was delicious, mostly organic and vegetarian, I couldn’t wait to come home and cook. Last night I whipped up potato topped with sautéed mushrooms and Tuscan kale and Smokey black beans then drizzles with the famous vegan whole food nacho cheese sauce by @chefcynthialouise1 plus 2 types of sprouts. My body and blood sugars were in heaven 🙏

The other day someone interrupted me mid set to recruit me to his "nutrition team" let's just say, I got my point across very well. . . Instead of promoting the depency on shit products. Be a REAL FOOD advocate and actually change someone's life THE RIGHT WAY. . . Don't give me this "it's healthy for you" bullshit. ➡️REAL FOOD PLATE INGREDIENTS: leafy greens, salmon and rice ➡️Meal replacement ingredients : over twenty ingredients with a shitty macro nutrient profile riddled in sugars with little fiber. . . ➡️NOTHING is healthier than actual REAL FOOD.⬅️ So in a world Full of people who just want to sell you a product. Look past the bullshit and understand that a properly balanced diet and exercise is the only way to continuously reach your goals. I'll be sure to work on a new info graph showing why meal replacements " work" ( quote on quote). It's not magic you guys. Its a simple method that puts you at caloric deficit and in most cases a severely dangerous caloric deficit . what happens when you stop using the meal replacement product? Well.. I'll save that for a later post 😉 . .
