What’s your favourite afternoon snack at the moment? These dark chocolate coated strawberries are my go to when I’m craving a chocolatey snack 🍫🍓 . For a really basic chocolate to dip your favourite fruit into mix together: - 3 tablespoons of @coconutmagic coconut oil (melted) - 1/3 cup @loving_earth cacao powder - 2 tbsp @ceresorganics coconut nectar (or maple syrup) Then all you have to do is dunk your fruit into it, put it in the fridge to set and then enjoy with copious pots of tea. 💃 Happy Saturday Peeps 💃 . . . I have been keeping my meals super quick and easy lately as I've got long long to-do lists 📑 There are lots of exciting projects on the go and in the pipeline and a few surprises which I hope you will love 🤗 I'm doing my best to juggle everything whilst trying to get back to feeling 100%. . . . "And in the morning I'm making waffles" 🤗 . . . I finally got round to making a batch of waffles and they were so GOOOOD!!!!! 😋 The first attempt didn't go to plan, but I eventually figured out how to avoid them getting completely stuck to the waffle iron 👌🏼 Smothered in peanut butter, dairy free chocolate and freeze dried strawberries & raspberries 🍓 . . . Is this the perfect brunch or what?! 💕 . . . . . . . . . .
My version of noodle soup... Mini spelt alphabet pasta, broccoli (florets AND stalks!), asparagus & carrot cooked in bone broth with sprouted legumes sprinkled on top for some extra crunch. And protein! (Zoom in to see a hint of broth...it’s there...a little bit! That how my girls like it! 😆) I don’t cook meat at home & I don’t eat it myself but my girls & hubby do occasionally. I do, however, use organic grass fed bone broth in cooking from time to time. Bone broth is so rich in minerals & nutrients which strengthen the cells that line our gut to improve our digestive & immune systems as well as our bones, skin & joints. This dish takes minutes to cook... - bring some bone broth to the boil (I used @nutraorganics) - add the pasta to cook for a few minutes then the veggies for another couple of mins - serve & sprinkle over the sprouted legumes Such a nutrient dense, nourishing meal!

cauliflower P I Z Z A night 🍕🌱 ! Sunday Fun-night! Is that a thing? Haha well now it is. I had to be mega productive today so tonight is ALL about fun 🙃 . . @traderjoes frozen cauliflower pizza crust. Half of the pizza was Trader Joe’s raw Parmesan cheese, red onion, #greek olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese. The other half was the same as the first half but I added fresh arugula, sliced avocado slices, and balsamic glaze on top. 👌🏻
