That’s a given. 2️⃣When you have the option on the menu...Choose between whole, natural foods (this is very easy to do in Bali as there are multiple organic cafes, restaurants) 3️⃣ Move - You’re going to be out of routine, so any movement on holidays will help! Weather it be doing yoga, walking or even using the shitty hotel gym. It all makes a difference when on holidays 4️⃣Acceptance & Ownership - Be ok with the fact that you may gain a little body fat post holiday and see it as a new fresh start for when you get back home ✌️❤️
Was too comfortable with my workouts before but now taking it to another level with @machofitness_ help 🙏🏼 . I want to build more strength and more muscle I cannot wait for these new results coming up !

Had a great workout today thanks to @machofitness_ . I always have to constantly remind myself not be so hard on myself because I am always telling myself you should be better, you CAN do better. And it will all come with time & patience ! 🙏🏼
