➡️➡️ Swipe for demonstration➡️➡️. . I’m a big fan of compound exercises mainly because I like to train everything all at once😂😂. Here is the steps for one of my favorite compound exercises: . What you will need: -light/medium resistance band -light/medium dumbbell . Starting position: -Put the resistance band around your ankle and get into your “table-top position”. Ground one foot to the earth and flex the other while extending it outward toward space -Grab your dumbbell with your hand that is opposite of your extended leg, perform 15 lateral raises with your arm flexed at a 90 degree angle. After the reps, hold the weight back into your flexed position and hold, while doing 30 leg raises with the extended leg. Then switch to the other side. Repeat for 5 rounds! FIT FRIDAY :: Total Body Workout 💪🏻🍑 . Yes I know it’s Saturday, my phone was not cooperating with my yesterday, and therefore I couldn’t edit the video to post, but here it is! FINALLY! . This one is a total body workout that’ll tone up the obliques & core, and hit the legs, booty & arms! All you need are a pair of dumbbells. Use a weight that challenges you! . 10 knee to elbows (R) 10 mt climbers (each side) 5 squat curl presses 10 knee to elbows (L) 10 mt climbers (each side) 5 squat curl presses . Decrease 1 rep each round, staying with 5 squat curl presses in between ⬇️ . 9 knee to elbows (R) 9 mt climbers (each side) 5 squat curl presses 9 knee to elbows (L) 9 mt climbers (each side) . Then 8,7,6 all the way down to 1! .
