這是我今晚最期待的兩個菜之二:黑鱈魚‧飯‧味噌湯‧泡菜。很好,可以天天吃就好了。 This is indeed my most anticipated dish of the night : Gindara, Rice with Miso Soup and Pickles (Den). This is so homy, a lot of labour is being put into shredding the fish into tiny pieces, then mix thoroughly with the rice to produce a complete mouthful of deliciousness. 牛臉頰 Beef Cheek (Den). The Choy Sum here is an inspiration chef Zaiyu got from Hong Kong Cantonese cuisine. This looks very Hongkongish Cantonese food, but taste-wise it’s undoubtedly Japanese. The beef cheek from Japan is cooked to beyond perfection, simply melts in your mouth and full of flavour.
