You never make time for yourself, because you are too busy taking care of others. Taking care of others isn’t a bad thing. I love and take care of others everyday! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But it gets to the point where you need to ask yourself... what about me? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I deserve to be looked after, I deserve to have half an hour to myself, enjoy a bath and glass of wine in peace, enjoy my morning coffee without thinking of all the things I need to do today. I deserve to get a full nights sleep because how amazing do you feel when you have had the best sleep. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now I want you to ask yourself.. Do you make time for yourself? You don’t need to be a mum. I do not have children, yet I have been in this groundhog day repeating day after day and feeling exhausted. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So I want you to promise me that from today you will change your daily habits. If it means you get up 30minutes earlier in the morning to have that coffee or meditate, take yourself for a bath and put a face mask on , book yourself to get a massage. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Because you deserve it and you are enough.
